Clinical Supervision

Supervision is more than meeting professional requirements—it's an opportunity to reflect, develop confidence, and continue growing as a clinician.

Catherine provides individual supervision and mentoring for speech pathologists seeking a supportive, collaborative space to strengthen their clinical skills and reasoning. Drawing on her experience in clinical practice, leadership, and university teaching, she tailors each session to your experience level, goals, and caseload.

Clinical supervision can be provided to early career speech pathologists in generalist practice or speech pathologists seeking support for specialist areas of voice, breathing disorders or dysphagia management.

Areas of support may include:

• Clinical reasoning and decision-making
• Assessment and intervention planning
• Complex case discussions
• Person-centred, evidence-based practice
• Professional confidence and career development
• Resources, practical strategies, and reflective practice

Supervision will generally be conducted via zoom.
